Warm Bow Tie Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 Slices Bacon
  • 3 Cups Cooked Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Or Use Red, Yellow, And Orange Peppers (very sweet)
  • 1/2 Lb. Fresh Mushrooms, Cut Into Fourths If To Large
  • 2 Small Zuchinni Sliced
  • Fresh Grated Pamesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Balsomic Vinagar Or Red Wine

Directions

  • Cook Bacon Crisp, Crumble And Set Aside
  • Cook Pasta, Set Aside
  • Dice Peppers
  • Cook Onions In Bacon Grease Just Until They Are Warm, Add Mushrooms And Cook Until Onions Are Translucent
  • Add Pepper(s) And Cook Until Tender But Still Crisp Remove And Set Aside
  • Add Zuchinni And Cook Until Tender. Use A Little Olive OIl If Needed
  • Drain And Rinse Pasta And Place In Large Bowl, Put Veggies On Top
  • Deglaze Pan With Balsomic Vinagar Or Wine And Pour Over Salad.
  • Fold Gently To Mix. Add Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • Sprinkle With Fresh Pamesan And Bacon Bits
