Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients


Directions
  1. In saucepan, Heat milk, butter and flour. Bring to a boil. Boil for1 minute and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a Buttered cassarole dish or a 9X13 pan, mix your sliced potatoes and onions.
  3. Pour the hot mixture over them and mix well . The milk should just cover the potatoes.
  4. sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 min. or until tender
