Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 large Russet Potatoes (sliced thin)
- 1 large thin sliced onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cups milk
- 5 Tbsp Wondra Flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In saucepan, Heat milk, butter and flour. Bring to a boil. Boil for1 minute and salt and pepper to taste.
- In a Buttered cassarole dish or a 9X13 pan, mix your sliced potatoes and onions.
- Pour the hot mixture over them and mix well . The milk should just cover the potatoes.
- sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 min. or until tender
