Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 med size head of red cabbage
  • ¾ to 1 cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¾ to 1 cup of heavy cream
  • salt & pepper to taste



Directions:
  1. Thinly slice cabbage.
  2. Add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper, and cream. Fold gently cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the ingredients to marry
