Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 med size head of red cabbage
- ¾ to 1 cup white sugar
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- ¾ to 1 cup of heavy cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Thinly slice cabbage.
- Add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper, and cream. Fold gently cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the ingredients to marry
