Macadamia - White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Crisco
- ½ cup Butter
- ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon water
Combine the above, beat until smooth & creamy
- 2 room temp Large Eggs, add & beat in
- 2¼ cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 can (8.5 ounce) Macadamias Nuts Cut nuts in half
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips. I prefer Ghirardelli brand
Directions:
- Drop on uncreased cookie sheet by half teaspoons
Bake for 8-10 minutes @ 375*
