Macadamia - White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Crisco
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ¾ cup White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon water

  • Combine the above, beat until smooth & creamy
  • 2 room temp Large Eggs, add & beat in
  • 2¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can (8.5 ounce) Macadamias Nuts Cut nuts in half
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips. I prefer Ghirardelli brand

Directions:
  1. Drop on uncreased cookie sheet by half teaspoons
    Bake for 8-10 minutes @ 375*
