Cole Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 pound bag of cabbage slaw w/carrots
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- ¾ to 1 cup of heavy cream
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place cabbage into a large bowl,
add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper, and heavy cream. Fold together gently, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the ingredients marry.
- You can adjust the heavy cream to taste. I like it on the moist side.
