Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound bag of cabbage slaw w/carrots
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • ¾ to 1 cup of heavy cream
  • salt & pepper to taste



Directions:
  1. Place cabbage into a large bowl, add sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper, and heavy cream. Fold together gently, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the ingredients marry.
  2. You can adjust the heavy cream to taste. I like it on the moist side.
