Black Cherry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound cottage cheese (large or small curd is fine)
- 1 can drained black (bing) cherries
- 1 8 ounce container Cool Whip
- 2-3 ounce packages Black Cherry Jello or 1-6 ounce
Directions
- Fold all ingredients together, cover & refrigerate at least four hours. This can be molded into a fancy pan or bowl, heat the outside to ease removal.
Serve as a salad, a desert, or an appetizer. Your guest will be happy when they see your pretty creation
