You can do it several ways.Here are some good ones.

- Irfanview-------------- Go to File, Thumbnails, find the file where your images are. Click on each one that you want a thumbnail for while Holding Down your CTR key. When you have them all, right click on one of the highlighted ones, select "Save selected thumbs as single images"
The browse for folder may come up, find the same folder that you started with and then click on OK and you are done.
