Using A Picture As A Link

  • To Make a link to a picture using a thumbnail copy of your picture. (Resize a copy of your picture to 96X96 pixels.) It is best to have two pictures, one full size and one reduced to a thumbnail.

Here is a free, easy to use program that will make the thumbnails and name them Irfanview . Just go to File, Thumbnails, Select the images that you want to change and click on File, "Save Selected Thumbs As Single Images"

Using the full size picture url first, the link would look like this.

  • <a href=http://www.bulls2.com/gifs/grumpy.jpg><img src=http://www.bulls2.com/gifs/grumpy2.jpg border=0></a><br><font size=1>click here</font>
  • This will give you this.
