To post a picture on a discussion or chat board,
you will need to host it somewhere on the web
(no one can see it from your personal computer).
If you don't already have an image host or web space,
check out this list.
Or you could also use this Auction Health site for temporary posts or this WebPik for a permament host.
After you have a web host, you can add the picture
to the discussion using the following format:
<img src=http://www.myhost.com/mypicture.jpg>
Just be sure to replace the host name and image with your own host site and image.
